1. Download the actions thru the link above
2. Double click the actions and photoshop will open them
You should be able to see the actions window; if not go the top menu click Window->Actions
to show the actions pallete
3. Read the instructions by selecting it and press play button
You can run the other actions by selecting it and pressing play
Thats all there is to it
